With 2 days to go to the start of the cricket season at Hobbs Lane, once again Barrow Gurney is launching a Fantasy Cricket competition so that all members and supporters can get involved in a friendly but competitive way by following all the Barrow teams as they play their way through the 2019 season.

Barrow Gurney’s Bernie Forge is looking forward to playing for Cornwall women in the County Championship this summer. Bernie, who has played for Barrow since Under 11s, has previously played for Somerset but, with their agreement, is on loan to Cornwall for the 2019 season. Barrow Gurney Cricket Club this week unveiled the captaincy teams for next season and it features a blend of youth and experience.
