Barrow Gurney Cricket Club are delighted that cricket will return to Hobbs Lane this weekend with friendly games on Saturday against Blagdon and, on Sunday, against Charlton Super Kings. Tour Cancelled

Barrow Gurney’s tour organisers Rod Reeves and Jane Holdway have announced that the club’s tour to Exmouth has had to be cancelled due to the Cornavirus outbreak. Thanks to the kindness of the Dolphin Hotel, the club has been able to carry forward the booking to the 2021 season. The dates are confirmed as Monday

Indoor Nets Cancelled

BGCC regrets that, in line with ECB advice, that pre-season indoor nets have been cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak. With the county season being delayed until the end of May, it is highly unlikely that recreational cricket will start on schedule.
