Tour organiser Rod Reeves has been working hard over the off season to line up fixtures for the BGCC summer tour to Devon. This year the tour will take place a couple of weeks later than in previous years between 6th and 9th August 2018. Opposition looks likely to be against many of the teams we have played in recent years: Torquay, Exmouth, Shobrooke Park and Abbotskerswell.
Barrow players and friends from other clubs, who would like to tour with us, are asked to note the dates in their diaries now, details of accommodation are yet to be confirmed. It is important for the club that the tour is well-supported to continue a tradition of 20 years or more when players from all teams can enjoy a relaxing break and some enjoyable cricket at scenic grounds.
